This 150,000sf building was completed with 2-storey office/mezzanine overlooking a 9-bay loading and warehouse area.

Nearly 15 years after constructing the original building, Caran was called on to complete an addition of drive-through service bays and 2-storey office space.  This also included renovation of the existing office areas.

Completed the shell building, including exterior finish, for a 20,000sf grocery store with 5,000sf office in a popular urban plaza.

The manufacturing plant originally built by Caran was expanded by 20,000sf, complete with installation of 30-tonne cranes.
