Our involvement with the design process begins at the earliest stages of planning, working closely with the client to arrive at preliminary layouts and specifications.
A team of Professional Architects and Engineers is assembled to produce final working drawings for permit and construction. This group of Professionals is carefully selected for their level of experience and expertise in designing the type of facility the client requires.
Independent testing and inspection Consultants carry out fieldwork as the construction progresses to ensure compliance with the approved drawings and specifications. Their test reports are submitted to the design team in support of progress draws. The Architect and Engineers carry out their own site inspections before certifying draws to the client for payment.
Beginning with the actual on-site layout of the building, our client is encouraged to be involved with the construction of their building. Since it is not always possible to fully visualize the completed project on paper, we appreciate the importance of on-site, last minute, modifications. We discuss with our client possible changes that we feel would add value or result in cost savings before proceeding with the work.
Because our Project Manager is involved closely with construction, changes can be discussed and implemented quickly on site by the Construction Manager, avoiding cumbersome paperwork and lengthy delays.
